You know what they say about the best laid plans... well it hit Mt. Zion this week. December 14 was our Second Sunday Fellowship, and a real dinner was planned. However, December 13 delivered several inches of snow and the service was cancelled. Service cancelled and so was Fellowship.
Well, everyone had already purchased the goodies, so the plan was put in place. We held our Holiday Fellowship on Tuesday, the 16th. And it was GREAT!
Lots of food and desserts. We ate our fill. Had enough left over so we are going to have a special fellowship on December 21. After our dinner, it was time to play a game. Want to confuse a congregation? Play the left-right game. And hope you have a 'present' at the end. Of course not everyone did and some had two or three. It's fun.
